emailtopia Launches Email Management Video Series

emailtopia continues to build a library of valuable content on its website with the addition of the new emailtopia video series. This series will focus on a particular Response Manager feature in each installment. These videos will give a clear presentation of how the software is used to enhance your email management process.

The video, called “Administrative Privileges with Response Manager”, gives viewers a sense of how easy it is to manage a team email mailbox in real time using Response Manager. In the video, viewers see how group administrators have oversight of all message folders within team mailboxes, and can move messages from one user to another in order to balance workload.
