emailtopia Announces New Website Features for Customers

emailtopia is building on its tradition of exceptional customer service by offering enhancements to its website. emailtopia announces the addition of four new resource sections to its website: Downloads, Documentation, Knowledge Base and Newsletters.

The Downloads and Documentation sections lets customers download recent versions of emailtopia's Response Manager suite of email management software and the accompanying documentation.

The easy to access Knowledge Base offers quick tips and strategies for using Response Manager to help customers map their desired business processes to corresponding successful email processes.

emailtopia's back catalog of Newsletters is also available online now. Each edition of the newsletter contains numerous tips and strategies for managing Response Manager. Many of the articles in the newsletters come from real world experiences with customers.

These four new sections of the emailtopia website are offered exclusively to customers. Site registration is required. (Look for the "Request Login Access" item under the Support menu at www.emailtopia.com). Registration requests will be validated within one business day with access credentials then emailed directly to the registrant.
