All new customer implementations are sold with training services. A few hours with emailtopia's trainers gets you up and running in no time. Classes can be held onsite or taught remotely via web conference. Onsite classes can have up to 12 participants. Web-based classes can have up to 7 participants. Web-based training is broken into 2-hour sessions (typically one in the morning and one in the afternoon for 2 days). |
